Working with Little Peach Co

How long will my order take?

We are often asked how long it will take to receive an order. The time your order takes to be designed and printed depends largely on the design you're envisaging and how many steps it will take for us to bring it to life.

The printing process consists of three steps. Here’s a rough guide:

  • Step 1. Intial consultation
  • Step 2. Design (2 - 3 week process)
  • Step 3. Printing (2 - 3 week process)

Look and Feel

Start to think about what and how you want your special event to look and feel! We suggest you find inspiration in your wedding plans – location, style, flowers, centerpieces, ceremony poems or song selection.  Do a little research on Pinterest to find styles you love -- our inspiration boards might be helpful!

Custom Design

Begin to collect images, clippings and anything that conveys your ideas visually. Because we are visual people this is the best way for us to fully understand what you are looking for (it’s also a good idea to bring along a list of things you’re not looking for). Once you have a good set of images, you're ready to move onto the next step!

Design Meeting

Once you've chosen the design elements you would like to incorporate into your stationery, contact us! We will walk through your order over a cold or warm drink - whatever the season - and answer any questions you may have. Once we know exactly what you are after, we will head back to the studio and create a unique design to match your inspirations.

Step 2: DESIGN

Once you have consulted with the Little Peach Co. team and chosen a design concept and printing style, we will send through a custom quote outlining the stationery options. When that gets the official green light, we'll send through a design timeline and an invoice from our accounts system for the 50% deposit. This deposit locks in your spot in our design and print calendars.

Once we have received your deposit, we will want to get started on the design as soon as possible. Please send through your final wording as you wish it to appear on your invitation.  We recommend you pass it around to family and friends beforehand to check for accuracy and spelling mistakes. See our terms & conditions page for more information on design changes and reprints.

Your Proof

Once you have submitted your final wording you will receive your design proof PDF sent via e-mail. This proof will include all of the pieces in your order, based on the details you provided.  Two design revisions are included and give us plenty of time to refine your design until it is perfect. We won't go to press until you are completely happy with the design.

Approving Your Stationery

Please proofread all items carefully prior to giving Little Peach your approval. We urge you to carefully consider all content on every piece of your stationery and to take the time to verify all information. If any edits are required beyond this approval point, extra costs may be incurred. Please note that your approval for print assumes total responsibility for all design and typographical elements. Little Peach is not responsible for typographical and design errors that you have approved. See our terms & conditions page for further information.

Scheduling Your Press Date

Once all pieces are approved, we will coordinate your press date, courier details and final payment and contact you within 2 - 3 days after your final proof is received. Any changes (i.e. quantity changes, additional printed pieces, additional embellishments, etc.) to your order will be applied at this time. Final payment is due prior to or upon delivery.

Our standard method of delivery is by ExpressPost or courier.  We want to make sure your precious cargo is handled with care.  We will call to ensure the most convenient location.

Personalised Samples

Unfortunately, due to the intensive printing process we cannot offer personalised samples with your wording or ink choices. However, our sample booklet is a great way of seeing the printed letterpress and foiled effects first hand, and the samples combined with your design proofs will give you a good sense of how your design will look once printed.
