Terms & Conditions
With all antique printing processes everything is done by hand, from creating the printing block, to mixing the ink and stamping into the thick cotton card. This means no two pieces are entirely identical. Subtle variations in inking, color, impression and position are to be expected. The onscreen colours viewed in the PDF proof you receive may differ slightly from printed colours. Although the greatest care is taken to ensure the colours chosen are delivered, Little Peach Co. accepts no responsibility for slight differences in printed colours.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to GST. Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If a customer requests more than two alterations to the text or layout of their design at proof stage, there will be an additional charge of $50 per alteration. If a customer requires a complete re-design that differs from the initial design brief, Little Peach Co. reserves the right to charge an extra design fee. This charge will be quoted upon the customer's alteration request.
Errors or Faulty Products
Please let us know within three days of receiving your order of any items that appear faulty. Any errors made on behalf of Little Peach will be reprinted free of charge. However errors that are within the wording submitted by the client or have been approved will be reprinted at a cost to the client. It is the client's responsibility to check all wording and layout to ensure it is correct before signing the authorisation.
